Coming & Going
Although there are several trains from Budapest, bus travel is a much better way to get to Eger. Not only are there buses to destinations throughout Hungary, the bus station is also more centrally located.

Coming & Going
Although there are direct buses from Budapest, many visitors find it easier to travel via Szécsény and take one of the hourly buses from there.
