Kutná Hora

Although much of Kutná Hora is a drab industrial town, the historic centre is impressive enough to be granted World Heritage status by UNESCO. Big attractions here include the Cathedral of St Barbara and tours of the silver mines, although the big drawcard for most foreign visitors is the macabre ossuary - made from thousands of human bones.
