Liège (Luik in Dutch) is home to Belgium's national pastry (waffles) and is the country's biggest French speaking city outside Brussels. Although there isn't a real lot to see here, you may be interested in visiting the Musée d'Armes (the second largest in Europe) and the Musée d'Art Wallon. Head to the citadelle for a view of the city or the Carré if you just want to hang out.
