Portuguese
Although usage of Portuguese in Europe is limited to Portugal, it is a very useful language if you plan on travelling further afield as it is also spoken in Brazil, East Timor and parts of Africa.
You will need to memorise a few words to get by although some younger Portuguese people speak some English.
