Eurail PassThis is your ticket to ride the rails around Europe and when compared to the prices of individual train journeys it is a good deal. All Eurail passes are valid for travel in 18 countries; Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France (and Monaco), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. You can also buy a Eurail Saverpass, which allows travel in any three, four or five bordering Eurail countries. EurailpassThe regular Eurailpass entitles the holder to unlimited travel in 18 participating countries. This pass is a good choice for your first European trip especially if you plan on seeing as much as possible. This pass is available for either 1st class travel for adults (anyone older than 26) or 2nd class travel for anyone under 26 for periods of either 15 days, 21 days or one, two or three months.
Eurail FlexipassThe Eurail Flexipass is an alternative to the original Eurailpass. Rather than allowing unlimited travel, the Flexipass offers a certain number of rail travel days within a two month period. This pass is better suited to people who want to spend a little more time in each place before moving on, since you're not wasting your pass on days when you're not travelling.
Eurail SaverpassThe Eurail Saverpass is similar to a regular Eurail pass, except it offers cheaper travel for two to five people travelling together. This pass is excellent value although you must all travel together on each rail segment, otherwise the pass is not valid. This pass is valid for 1st class travel only. Prices are per person.
Eurail Saver FlexipassThe Eurail Saver Flexipass is similar to a regular Eurail Flexipass, except it offers cheaper travel for two to five people travelling together. This pass is excellent value although you must all travel together on each rail segment, otherwise the pass is not valid. This pass is valid for 1st class travel only. Prices are per person.
